No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without providing your clothes or leaving them outside the door as instructed (instructions will be sent via message or email), it will be considered a no-show. After two no-shows, we may require a deposit for future appointments to ensure availability.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the original time. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
